David Low cartoonist.

Sir David Alexander Cecil Low, 1891-1963 was a New Zealand political cartoonist who lived and worked in the United Kingdom for many years.
In the 1930s his satiric political cartoons on Nazi Germany made the Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels so upset that he told the British foreign secretary, it was damaging to the Anglo-German relations.
During the WW2 his cartoons were banned from distribution and publication  in Germany and Italy.
Journalist and author John Gunther called Low  "The greatest caricaturist in the world",
