The charm and value of vintage photography. It’s interesting to see that there aren´t that many images of men making themselves ready to look their best before going out for a night on the town. From a historians point of view, an archive like mine, would be a goldmine to explain the male and the female lifestyle throughout history. Everyday events like putting on a make up or fixing your hair is fascinating to watch in the images of photographers past.  Seemingly simple pictures are oddly enough the rarest to find. I love these none styled images from the 1940s that gives so more feeling of vintage and retro.
