Only a catwalk photo back then.

Photographer Kristoffersson would never have believed that this photo that he took 1952 would be considered a work of art. Something to put on the wall and a new owner would be proud of. He only did his job that evening, and the important thing was to deliver in time and with good quality to the fashion magazines. The next assignment was right around the corner. Within a while, he had forgotten about it. Now so many years later, the photo is looked upon in a new light and with new eyes. I am happy we found it as a rather anonymous negative among thousands of others. 

About the picture. A 50s fashion show with the audience sitting along the catwalk as today. The model is walking into the spotlight and a photographers silhouette is visible in the front focusing with his camera. A split second to capture the moment for the future.
